Metzger, Stanley David

Biography: 

(1916–), fair-practice examiner, Division of Field Operations, FEPC (recruited by Maslow) (1944); resigned for job in OPA (July 1944); assistant to legal adviser, State Department (1948–60). He was on board dealing with personnel issues in the State Department. He was a professor of Georgetown Law School; author of books on international trade. One work, on lowering nontariff trade barriers, recalled when some material found to be plagiarized; apparently led to his dismissal (1975).
